You may only use the graphics and code provided above.
By using eHealth Solutions graphics and code, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Your right to display the Buttons/Banners is limited to your Web site.
2. You may not remove, distort or alter any element of the Buttons/Banners (including the html code) or otherwise change the size or appearance of the Button/Banners in any way.
3. You may not display the Buttons/Banners in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by eHealth Solutions, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of eHealth-Solutions or our staff and/or affiliates.
4. You may not display the Buttons/Banners in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise objectionable to eHealth Solutions, or impairing of the rights of eHealth Solutions in its trademarks or logos, in eHealth Solutionss sole opinion. You may not use the Button/Banners on a site that violates any law or regulation.
5. You may not frame or mirror any eHealth Solutions page (including the page that appears in response to a click on the Buttons/Banners) on your web site.
6. eHealth Solutions reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Buttons/Banners at any time and to take action against any use that does not conform to these terms and conditions, infringes any eHealth Solutions intellectual property or other right, or violates applicable law.
7. EHEALTH SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE BUTTONS/BANNERS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
