D.A.P. Electric Diffuser uses pheromones that are chemical substances used by animals to effectively communicate amongst their species. The “appeasing” pheromone in dogs enhances attachment and provides reassurance and comfort. D.A.P. helps to stop or prevent fear and stress-related behavior in puppies and dogs, such as destructive behavior, barking and whining, house soiling, excessive licking, separation anxiety, and phobias such as thunderstorms and fireworks. D.A.P. also helps to comfort puppies and adult dogs in stressful situations such as introduction to visitors, visits to the veterinarian, moving, adoption, novel and unpredictable situations leading to phobias. D.A.P. should be used in conjunction with other behavior modification practices.
